SNAP (Spay-Neuter Action Project) is pleased to present the Second Annual La Jolla Pet Parade & Festival. The event will take place on Sunday, May 23rd, 2010 and the proceeds will once again benefit SNAP, a non-profit organization co-founded by La Jollan Candy Schumann. Over the years, SNAP has been responsible for reducing the number of unwanted puppies and kittens in San Diego County by tens of thousands! With nearly 250 parade-goers in attendance at last year's event, we raised more than $12,000 for SNAP's animal welfare efforts and many lucky dogs were adopted on the day of the event! Our dog and pet-friendly business community is the perfect venue for a major fundraiser for animal charity and we anticipate the event to be even more successful this year.

The event includes a festive sidewalk parade in the Village and a festival offering fun contests, vendor booths and an adoption fair. In addition to the following sponsorship offers, we are asking businesses to donate prizes for contest winners.

Parade & Festival Sponsorship Levels

Level I: The Great Dane * $2,000

  • Mention as sponsor in all press materials
  • Premium placement of logo on promotional parade poster
  • Logo on SNAP website, La Jolla Town Council website and the La Jolla Pet Parade social media sites
  • 10 X 10 booth space(includes table, two folding chairs and pop-up tent)
  • One advertisement in teh official La Jolla Pet Parade & Festival Sponsor Book distibuted to all parade attendees

Level II: The Great American Mutt * $500

  • Logo on promotional parade poster
  • Logo and links provided on SNAP website, La Jolla Town Council website and the La Jolla Pet Parade social media site(s)
  • 10 X 10 booth space (includes table, two folding chairs)
  • One advertisement in the official La Jolla Pet Parade & Festival Sponsor Book distributed to all parade attendees.
  • Opportunity to provide bounce-back value added materials to VIP attendee goodie bags.

Level III: La Chihuahua * $175

  • 10 X 10 booth space at the event (includes table, two folding chairs)
  • One advertisement in the official La Jolla Pet Parade & Festival Sponsor Book distributed to all parade attendees.
  • Opportunity to provide bounce-back value added materials to VIP attendee goodie bags.

Level IV: The Dachshund * $60 * Special Business Sponsorship!

  • One advertisement in the official La Jolla Pet Parade & Festival Sponsor Book distributed to all parade attendees.
